I created Musical Sports in a quest to connect within a very diverse community. I was passionate about understanding what made me unique without disharmonizing, and how could I communicate and thrive within a community beyond cultural and language barriers. I discovered that engagement in physical activity, performing arts, and music help to streamline the interaction between work teams, while at the same time developing and strengthening communication abilities, productivity, and goal alignment.
My mantra is Life is a Musical Sport, so Let's Get Musical!
Engineer, soccer coach, and great Dad. Juan is the spine of Musical Sports. Providing support in technical and admin aspects (meaning, you contact him for every bad review, complaint, or legal issue). He is also a Barça fan and the drummer of our band, keeping the Musical Sports' family on the beat.
